You need to call them up and ask. They should be able to raise your credit limit by 30%.

Back again. Received the CCA and a welcome and accepted letter for Cap1 last week, so feeling like this might actually happen!!! The letter said I should receive the card in 7-10 days. It didn't say anything about limit though, but I am expecting it to be low to begin with which is just fine, as it will do the job I want it to.

thinking of closing the vanquis acount, pure rip off... but ive only had it 4 months... will closing it so quickly look bad??
