Hunters and cifas have 28 days and they will utilise this time wisely.... trust me, at least 3 weeks to wait. the others have a lot less but it'd be best to sit down with them all at once or you'll get lost in translation big style!

take it the post office and ask them. they will do it for free. they can charge you £6 but for that they do 3 copies.

you have to photocopy 3 copies and take the copies to the PO with your passport and then they certify them, they will not photocopy so dont go there without the copies! you get 3 done for £6 but most dont charge for just one copy (then take it and photocopy 20 of them for future) as they are valid 3 months ;-)

you dont but if you have a certified copy you never have to post off originals cos its certified to be you by responsible person!
