    Neutral ground. ;)
Since when has the world of computer software design been about what people want? This is a simple question of evolution. The day is quickly coming when every knee will bow down to a silicon fist, and you will all beg your binary gods for mercy.

What make of laptop is it? You could buy a s/h one from ebay, or claim on the insurance if you have it?

Yea thats why i said not! Its a nightmare!

Are you buying new screen? if its a dell or summat they do em on eBay - I just got some for my laptops and they were cheap...... cheaper than buying a new one.

Then again, sorry to upset people, claim on home insurance accidental damage! You'd be covered for dog jumping on it and if not say you dropped it and actually do drop it!
