Well, it looks like the idiots are back on the forum, will they ever learn?
Since when has the world of computer software design been about what people want? This is a simple question of evolution. The day is quickly coming when every knee will bow down to a silicon fist, and you will all beg your binary gods for mercy.

Sutton, I notice that you mention several times that you have 'defaults' registered.

    How did you get them?

If they were a result of any unfair penalty charges, then you have a legal right to get any defaults removed.

I claimed back unfair penalty charges against Nationwide, who were charging £30 a time, and had to put a in a court claim to get them back, as they would not barge in repaying them.

They also issued a default against me, and it was registered on my credit file. I got this removed.

On my court claim for the repayment of the charges, I also included the removal of the default so that they were both addressed together - as the default was a result of the penalty charges.

You know you wanted to get your default removed from Clydesdale Bank, did you fill in a N1 form?

Heyup mate, what is an N1? I'm trying to get defaults removed but baffled by the science! I assume I send a CCA request with £1 then what? What is this N1 (heard of it a lot lately)...

Thanks for that, yes they were for charges, on one of the defaults.

Did you fill in the N1 form? I'm a little way off that because I've just started sending letter's out, but if they don't remove them I will go to court to get them removed.

You don't need to go into a branch to apply you could do it over the phone.

Yeah I thought of that, but really we need to open the account there and then and pay in a cheque - it's her wages and only in her name! We won't need the Electron card straight away so it's ok if that has to be posted or whatever.
