    I had 8 searches and applied for Vanquis and Aqua at the same time, after being refused by Lloyds TSB, HSBC and Capital One.

    Both companies accepted me.

    two months ago- waiting until after April till some of my searches drop off Experian.
    Interesting with the Bank of Ireland card though..

    Went on a cashback site - you know where you click on before buying , booking tickets and APPLYING! anyway made £147 in February...cool eh!
