    They never seem to give instant decisions.

    Give it 5 days and you may get a phone call. Ask them for you APR and credit limit if successful when receiving the phone call.

    I've now got my Aqua and Vanquis card (Vanquis came today).

    Am very surprised that Aqua is 35.9% APR on purchases and 39.9% on cash, and Vanquis is 34.05% on purchases and 41.196% on cash.

    Though Vanquis would be 40% apr for purchases but its only 34%.

    Well done, would have applied for aqua myself but as its an RBS card that put me off having been declined by them for basic cc.

    Aqua doesn't have anything to do with RBS, it's part of the Halifax.
