We did this with Sky about 4 weeks ago and it took 1 week from start to finish, they must be really busy.

I'd be running out of names by now as they are always silly.

I never bothered with Sky HD, just paid £75 for the Sky Plus box which is good enough for me. Shame it isn't black though, as it would have matched my tv, stand, and home cinema system
