Really been good to learn of your experiences, off to bed now but hope to see you ON HERE (Ignore the rest) tomorrow.

I've just read that thread (knowing that I shouldn't have) as I guessed what it would be about.
It always leaves me fuming. Some people don't know how lucky they are not having to 'rely' on some sort of benefit. I'm sure most people don't just sit on their backsides all day watching sky tv
At least this thread is friendly lol0 -
Thanks C8ndice! Yep I was fuming and when it comes to people like that there is no reasoning with them but on topics like that I am like a dog with a bone - never let it go

The sad thing about it is that the same people who slate others for claiming benefits do not understand the full financial situation of the person, if you are entitled to a benefit then you should claim it, many people who work full time claim working and family tax credit - which is a benefit.Since when has the world of computer software design been about what people want? This is a simple question of evolution. The day is quickly coming when every knee will bow down to a silicon fist, and you will all beg your binary gods for mercy.0

Was looking at Sky HD last night, £49 for existing customers sounds like a good deal even with the charge for HD pack and multiroom for free installation.
Been with Sky 30 months now, never had an offer, newbies got sky+ free, may sign up for hd then cancel, see if I get a sky+ for nothing :j
I've had 2 loans with Provident, first one paid over the year £300, £9 per week then took another same terms but paid back in half the time. Now reports to Experian so good for credit score if nothing else
hi everyone!!!
hope we are all well!!
brian we applied to upgrade to sky hd last week, its not worth bothering mate. you cant order it you have to be prossesed and then they send you a email to let you know when you can order 3 months!!!!! so i told em to stick it!! why advertise when they dont have the boxes to go round!!:mad:self confessed 80's throwback:D

Thanks for info Louiser, Sky really annoy me in that existing customers get nothing for loyalty.
