    This particular thread has been a godsend to me, prompting me to really clean up my credit files having made mistakes in the past.
    When I joined I had a basic Natwest step account and nothing more.
    Now I have a full current account, a credit card and various other credit accounts reporting good conduct.
    Couldn't have done it without you all :beer:
