I had ordered an Ipod and delivery was supposed to be on the 7th, so stayed in all day! Eventually arrived yesterday (8th) by man with a van, who usually delivers my Additions parcels. So local courier, I guess!

I ordered on Friday the 3rd Feb with double points and got mine delivered on 7th Feb. Best to choose next day delivery.

I only just found out that to get your points updated onto your card you need to go to one of those Boots machines

they should investigate it and send you a new one

They ought to sort out their packaging, for years now they've been using flimsy cardboard boxes held shut by a couple of bits of plastic tie. It's no wonder so much stuff gets lost/damaged.

And sending high value items like iPods via uninsured standard Royal Mail is just asking for trouble!

Strange! Either Boots.com dont want to sell these ipods at the low price (hence why they send empty boxes in the hope we will just take a refund), or someone at the warehouse/courier firm is on the take.
  • I have still not received my iPod. I phoned and complained last week and the women said that it had been desptached but I see no sign of it yet. Are they mainly being delivered by courier or Royal Mail?
