Just checked my Credit Card statement and Boots have taken off £175 for the iPod, so I would assume that they are going to honour the deal. Only problem is delivery still on their website as 15th and they are still processing order. God hurry up, I want my iPod!!!

Got mine delivered today!
One problem, the box was empty! No kidding, so I rang up only to be told I need to fill a form out and they will refund my credit card. They will not send out the goods, I have to reorder. And seeming as promo has ended..........no cheap ipod video for me!
For the record, they have charged my credit card! Be aware!

Surely they can't do that. They agreed to supply you with a Video iPod at the price you paid. I simply won't accept that if they try it with me and will kick up a stink.

i agree with couttsy, that is some BS. you should fuss. if theyve charged you, then they have to supply you. what kind of BS is that. post you nothing and refund you, to reorder. id say dont refund me, replace the box with the item i ordered,ive already paid for it.


they've charged my account too. original date is to be delivered today. i havent checked my account because they havent emailed me to say itl be delivered on another day. if they dont then il have to say sumfin.

Been back onto Boots and psoke to a senior member of staff. Told him that the courier didnt ask for signature, so he's going to chase that up with courier firm (Reality).

He has agreed to send out the ipod at the price I paid, as soon as i have signed a declaration form. Sweet, will take a little longer to arrive. But that will give me more time to rip more CD's and films ready for its arrival.

just checked i have been charged so will have to wait and see. would it be worth calling about?

What is the delivery method of ipods? Royal mail or courier?

Same thing happened with an order of mine over Xmas. Only one of two boxes was delivered (by Reality), when I rang Boots they said the delivery had been signed for...I wasn't asked to sign anything!!!

mine was supposed to turn up yesterday
checked boots account, it says it is being processed.
theyve taken the money out my account, and it still says delivery date for the 8th. yesterday.
delivery date is still for yesterday, but they are still processing it.

so annoying
