erm, it's 10% off the order, then an additional 10% off that

item = £100
10% off = £90
10% off that =£81

therfore it's 19% off

however, if you use Rpoints, you get an additional 2.5% off = £78.96 = 21% off total



or you could use quidco for 4.5% which then gives you an overall discount of 22.6%
