Disneyland Paris tickets question

Hi,

Hopefully someone who has stayed at one of the Disneyland Paris hotels can answer this for me?

When you book a Disney package, say 4 days/3 nights, where park entry is included with your Disney hotel price. Are the park entrance tickets you get only valid on those specific dates or are they open tickets so you could use 2 days, and come back later in the year to use the other 2 days?

as far as i know the tickets can be used anytime.
i dont think they have an expiry date

I think that they are valid for 1 year from date of issue.

This is wrong.

The tickets that come with the hotel packages are dated usualy only valid for about a week in total.

This was the case when I stayed in the New York in Novemeber, as I thought I might try to sell the tickets on eBay afterwards (as I allready held an annual passport so I did not use them)

I too believe that the tickets bought as a package are only for the inclusive days.
Have you thought about staying at the Holiday Inn and buying tickets seperately? If you go twice in a year - or even for longer than 4 days it can be cheaper to buy the Annual Passport.

The forums here are more Uk freindly though.

The DIS board moderaters are rather cliquey and tend to wipe out posts tht might cause any 'tension'.

The Dibbers are a really great community and full of useful information.

Just checked the tickets still in my wallet from when we went last October - The tickets we got were valid on 3 days over an 8 day period - 22 to 29 October in this case.

We got these as part of a package with Holiday Inn.

I looked on here - It seems to be aimed more arounf the US parks, rather than Paris.

They are definately only valid for the duration of your stay. I have just come back from staying at the Hotel Cheyenne and the dates are printed on your disney tickets.

Please can anyone tell me if it's possible to get discounted tickets for Disneyland Paris jsut as a separate thing- as we often do in this country for Legoland etc. Is there an equivalent of lastminute.com or 365tickets.com in France?

We are booked for a trip to France in May and the children are keen to go to Disneyland just for a day (I don't think we could bear any longer, so cheaper 3-day offers wont' be any good, thanks!)

Not sure about discounts but you can buy a one day ticket directly from the Disneyland Paris website or from disney shops in the UK.
