Sorry Bookie- actually I have always fancied running a bookshop - no bookshop at all in the small town where I live. Over the years some have opened but they never last :-(

anyone ever had a light in their house just flicker (the light is off... well its on a dimmer - a big standing light that is)

yes, I have 2 floor lamps and the first time one did it, I was really scared - like having a ghost! It just started dimming and getting brighter on its own!! Apparently it's the dimmer switch, so I keep mine off at the plug unless I want them on.

I can't get the time off work - I have to do an evening shift about once every 3 months, and it's landed on the day of the meet - I've tried to swap but no-one wants to. :(

I'm free, shall I come & do your shift? Can't look after kiddles too though :D

Hey Len, I think you are a gem and next time you should just go up to said stranger and point them in this direction. I wish I had found this site years earlier than I did, could have saved myself 1000's

Ebaying again tonight...am determined to raise enough money to pay off HSBC overdraft/debt which stands at £2032 . Have around £1k in the pot but need a bit more before I can offer a F&F

Mmmn. Seems a bit too good to be true. or does it work?
Bokky, a friend introduced it to me. I was sceptical, it can seem very in your face and there are a lot of americans in the DVD which i found hard to stomach BUT there will be aspects of that will work for you and that will be the key is to use part of it/ all of it to your advantage. It will touch a nerve with you and it will make you sit up and take notice. At the moment, I dont practice at much as I would like because of my circumstances at work, but when that way ahead becomes clear, I shall be using it more and more. Its good, I would recommend it.

    Hello again!

I am back from work and had tea - This is another reason why I have lurked for so long and not posted, I really have nothing interesting to say!

I don't go anywhere or do anything due to lack of money and motivation, although having said that I am going to visit my daughter at the weekend, she is at Uni in Canterbury, so I am looking forward to that (apart from the sleeping on the floor bit in a house full of students  )
