Hi Sal, I havent seen the offer but will have a look tonight now that I should have proper graphics on mi laptop. Well my story. Today in the way back from Plymouth on the bus, there was a lady. She was on the phone and we was having a rather 'vocal and loud' conversation on this phone. She was talking about debt repayments. She apparently wasn't embarrassed by it as I am sure the entire bus heard. I think she was talking to her OH about CC companies hassling them, you the phonecalls demanding payment or we'll come round and nick your clothes off your washing line and she was saying things like 'We have told them how much we can afford to pay back, its what we agreed but they wont listen and its doing my !!!!ing head in' She was extremely stressed and angry. I glanced over to look at her and she was visibly upset and clearly severely stressed by it all. So I thought,'Hey I can help this woman and I can give her some help, help that she perhaps doesnt know is available and I am sure that if she listened to me her life would become instantly 100% more bearable' But before I could even consider approaching a completely stressed out person but who was also a stranger in a strange part of the world for me, she got up and got off. I was really gutted and I contemplated getting off at next stop, walking back and saying 'Hi you dont know me, and I hope you dont mind but I couldnt help overhear the problems that you appear to be having with debts' But I didn't, and now I wish I had got off and walked back to see, I am sure I could have really made her day and a difference. Im really mad now grrrrrrrrrrrrr.
You have a kind heart Lenneth, as do many others on here.
It would be great if Martin could initiate some kind of business card with the website on. They could be distributed somehow, maybe to users of the site, who could then randomly pass them on in similar situations to yours Len. I know there would be hundreds of issues to work through to make it happen, but I do think that the merits of this site are wirth promoting in such ways.*Everybody wants prosthetic foreheads on their real heads*

Sammy that often happens on my Nike +. Is the data there in the history? I had a run last week that no matter how many times I synchronised it didn't transfer across. Then a couple of days later it randomly appeared!
The other thing i will say with the Nike+ is that you regularly need to calibrate it as your running gets quicker as your stride will change. I hadn't and actually the mileage I was doing according to the Nike+ was inaccurate.
Fantastic run all the same...you're going to be speeding along on that 10k
I'll make a wish, take a chance, make a change And breakaway. I'll take a risk, take a chance, make a change and breakaway ....

Things I have learnt today.
1. my bosses DO NOT care about me. not one little bit.
2. I was an idiot to be honest and admit to having problems NEVER show weakness to the big boss cos my God do they use it against you!
3. Next time I get this behind in my work I will simply take the day off and catch up.
it is a just a job.

No its not in my history either:mad: I did calibrate it after my second run and I always map my runs before I go out and then check for accuracy as I did think on my last run it was a bit out!
I am going on a fetch running weekend on 21st Feb for two days. Mobiles don't work in the area so I will be out of touch for a whole 48 days. I am not sure I can cope. i am going with the girls I run with (and work with) and one of them emailed to ask if there was going to be drink...When they said yes, I thought Oh mi god I will fall over now after one drink!
I will of course be eating that weekend!!!!Quality is doing something right when no one is looking - Henry Ford

Evening everyone - very healthy thread this evening. I really would love to get into running as it's about the only free exercise I could do, but I so don't enjoy it (and the weather doesn't help and it's dark when I get home). See, the excuses are starting already....
I am so unfit (and would love to lose about 2 stone) so I really must get my posterior in gear and try it out.YOUR = belonging to you (your coat); YOU'RE = you are (I hope you're ok)
really....it's not hard to understand :T0
