I except (should be accept) your apology but do feel you should have explained things better in your first email. I'm disappointed but my children will be even more so when they get home so to make it up to them i would like tickets to lazy town live in oxford. i see you are running competitions for them.This should work out to the same value of my win.There are three dates but any will be fine. I will continue to enter your competitions and hope my name does not have a big black cross next to it now (joke)

Excitement following by disappointment, but at last a great result.
Well done to WTDWTK for giving you an alternative, but I do think they should have been more clearer in the first e-mail.
