I except your apology but do feel you should have explained things better in your first email. I'm disappointed but my children will be even more so when they get home so to make it up to them i would like tickets to lazy town live in oxford. i see you are running competitions for them.This should work out to the same value of my win.There are three dates but any will be fine. I will continue to enter your competitions and hope my name does not have a big black cross next to it now (joke)

I feel bad that someone who didnt perserveer to get a result would have just gone away dissapointed! These things must ALWAYS be chased up!

You could mention that you are an mse member too and that you often chat on the forums.
I think it is very bad form all round to say you have wn and then not even come up with a sensible reason as to why you now can't have tickets for the show.
Maybe we should all boycott their site that might help!
