That is awful, especially for the nature of their website.

What shoddy customer service aswell. I'm no expert on what you can do, sorry, but I'm sure others will offer good advice.

Thats terrible. I won a family pass to Mead Farm on that site and Louise was the one who emailed me. I didnt have to reply within a timescale to get my prize though and never had any problems. They really should offer something as way of compensation as they have clearly made an error.

It's not YOUR fault that they got their numbers mixed up either!

Im a member of a large competition website that enters comps as a hobby. I am new to this and this is my first big win. i'm very disappointed to have been let down by a company that's site devoted to entertaining children. We live in banbury so had to book a room and planned to make a weekend of it in brighton. i have cancelled my family room i booked and luckily this is without me being out of pocket. Talking to other member of my group, you and loiuse have been said to be very nice people and a lot are shocked at how i have been treated here. you cant run a comptition and then suddenly have no prize. i have been advised to contact the institute of sales promotion on this matter, though i will wait for your reply first. if you want to suddenly withdraw a prize or a competition , you should state terms on the page. i have taken screen shots of the competition page i entered on and saved emails for the institute.

I agree that its poor conduct on their behalf, and I am certain you should recive a positive response from your email.

Is there any way the e-mail could have been sent a couple of days before and got delayed somehow? That is very bad - if they wanted to make sure they had a winner who could go, they should have given you longer to get back to them or ended the competition a week earlier or something! Good luck getting your prize
