I made the veggie casserole off the back of the Linda McCartney sausage pack.Hmmm.....ok but don't know if I'll be doing that one again. Am also going to do the bread pudding recipe from here which I ran out of time to do at the weekend. I regularly borrow recipe books from the library and try to set myself the challenge of doing one new one a week [although only if it meets my stringent criteria ie quick, cheap and idiot proof he-he!]

I made HM chicken burgers last week - which I've not made before and they went down a storm!!!

can I join in?? I made tuna burgers last week and they were lush........
I like the sound of the pumpkin patties, do you hav a recipe, I have a few tubs of frozen pumpkin that I need to use up, I exhausted my family with pumpkin after halloween , we had soup, pie, all sorts but the patties sound good.
today I am making a pizza from scratch, I have made the dough in my breadmaker and have some peppers, cheese and tomoato and some salami to put on the top.

Count me in! My boyf and I try to cook something different each week, so hopefully it won't be too hard! With the amount of cook books we got given for Christmas this should not be too hard!
As I am new to this cooking lark I am going to start with simple recipes, I'm meal planned for this week, but next week I will start.
