Massive hugs to Mumofjusttwo.
Happy Birthday W:j .
I'm off again.................0 -
Before I do anything else i just want to jump in her and send a huge hug to mumofjusttwo((((hugs))))) - not an easy decision to make but its the first hurdle to you having a happier life. Dont go worrying about the house for now - the court would have to throw you out and they dont do that where children are living there. Find your nearest Citizens advice bureau and get an appointment asap - they will guide and as Valli said -start trying out the solicitors for one that you can 'gel' with.
Be selfish now for you and the kids sakes - much as you love/loved this guy - its not working now and you need to be strong!
We are your friends and will help all we can - pm if need to chat and I mean that!
toots xx
ETA have just seen your post re OH redundancy - please dont 'wait and see' go to Citizens advice and DHSS asap and get things in motion - you will get loads of help and so will he but he will have to do that for himself.Peace will be mine

Mumofjust2 - added a bit more info to my post on the previous page.
but (and this is the awful bit) don't assume Legal Aid will help! You have to be dirt poor to qualify and may have to pay it back at some point if you get equity in property etc.Don't put it DOWN; put it AWAY"I would like more sisters, that the taking out of one, might not leave such stillness" Emily DickinsonJanice 1964-2016

mumofjust2 big hugs to you. I don't know much to give advice but what I would say is that moving is not necessarily the end of the world. When my parents divorced when I was little the best thing was moving as it was a clean break and we really felt like we started a new life.
I am back from the eyebrow appt looking gorgeous (haha) and am ready to fling at least 30 in 30 even if I don't have time for 60 in 60.... I am sadly excited about this!!!
see you later, feel free to join me anyone.Mum to gorgeous baby boy born Sept 2010:j0 -
I'm back! Our wedding on Saturday was brilliant, very relaxed and no hassle, closest family only and my BF, they had a couple of drinks with after and then left us to it. Hotel was beautiful and so glad we picked it. My DS was my witness, he looked handsome in his military polcemans dress uniform, he was more popular than us for people wanting photos with him!! He's off to Afghanistan in a month or so time, so was lovely everyone could see him before he leaves.
Haven't done much flying, mainly s/s but house doesn't look too bad.
Have had to ring and write to what seems like hundreds of people to inform that am now married, loads want original marriage certificate, so will be a slow process changing my name.
Mumofjust2 - so sorry to hear your news, but having been there with 3 kids and self employed (hardly earning enough to pay work bills never mind house bills) but you WILL be okay, there is plenty of help out there.
That's all for now, am supposed to be working!!To love and be loved is the greatest happiness of existance - Sydney Smith0 -
Morning all
Well I got up, kids off to school after finding PE kit as DS2 told me he's lost his, grrrr. Dog walked, got covered in mud and very very cold, wind out there is bitter.
Unloaded DW, now I think I will go back to bed. Sorry not had good sleep over last few days and 'proper' studying schedule starts tomorrow so I think I need a little catch up nap.
mumofjusttwo ((hugs)) for youOne day I might be more organised...........
