CONGRATULATIONS JUSTAMUM.. graduating from Flylady to a clean well ordered and beautiful home.. be proud.. and come back occasionally to tell us you are still on the wagon and make us see it CAN be accomplished!

Ooh, do I get a farewell dog biscuit :rotfl:

I wouldn't say my house is beautiful exactly, but I do what I can with this rented, damp thing we have to live in

As I said I will be checking every day what the tasks are - and then I will quickly log out of the thread so I don't find myself spending the entire day reading it!

Now I really am off - thanks for your good wishes everyone!

Sorry guys, no flying by me today, too upset, myself and Pigpen went into town earlier , less than an hour later, came back to find my car half way upa towtruck, felt that intimidated by the private parking enforcer I called 999, police useless, had to pay £250to get my car back, gutted is an understatement.:( There's also damage to my car but voice on end of mobile phone from private parking company laughed at me and put the phone down on me.

Awwww Trikes - big hugs hun. Have to ask, what was the situation where you parked - had you parked illegally? I would write down a 'witness statement' right now whilst it's fresh in your mind then take a day out then consider options for sueing through the small claims court for the damage to the car.

Triker = massive hugs there are words I could use to describe what happened but they would all be blanked out, sending vibes to you for getting them to cough up for the damage to your car, sorry no experience of dealing with these companies to be able to offer you any decent advice.

Hugs to all those in need. Sounds like it's been a tough day.

Mudbath - if the head has given you information on other children he may be in breach of data protection or other legislation around confidentiality. His attitude is certainly unacceptable. Get stuff in writing to use as evidence as people often deny they've had conversations!

Triker - (((((hugs))))) - can you get your insurance company to take up the damage issue for you?

Lil_me - cough up for the caravan vibes being generated here too!

Sunnygirl - (((hugs))). As has already been said, focus on the good memories, and the fact that your grandfather had a peaceful end.

    Diva - ((((hugs))) and prayers

L-L - look after yourself. It's not long now, and you'll be decluttering like Mudbath soon!

Rach - glad you had a good day

Jayjay - great news on OH's job

More hugs to anyone I've missed who needs them!

I'm feeling decidedly lethargic... work went well, but not to plan, as the auditors are in (we've just had year end), so I spent the afternoon responding to queries... still, it's good to know they notice what we do, and tomorrow is the last day, so then we can start focussing on this year!

We're also restructuring at the moment, which is creating at lot of uncertainty... so had some discussions about that.

Missed my Pilates class as I left the office so late (was chasing up people to release a large purchase order), and since I got home I have eaten, caught up on the thread and been updating my profile on linked in... just in case ... and I've got a contact from a recruitment consultant on there so I might just speak to them ;)

I'm now trying to summon up the energy to have a bath and go to bed...
