I thought it was ambiguous as well, but on reading it again, it could be interpreted as meaning you must send in you 11th and 12th months bills with in 21 days of their respective dates, and you will receive your second instalment with in however many days it is of them receiving your month12 bill.

Where a claim is not made within this time period the cash back entitlement is lost for your 2nd due installment at month 12.
My reading of that is that you can send the first cashback in whenever you like, however you will lose your entitlement to the second cash back if you don’t do it with in 21 days of the date on your 6th bill. It doesn’t say anything about losing your entitlement to the first cash back, the penalty for not doing on time is loss of the second.0 -

The way it works is 11 months free rental through cashback deals - leaving just £45 for the year.
But if you buy through Quidco you get another £30 cashback bringing it down to £15 for the whole year. Not bad. And the phone is pretty decent too.

Got my cashback through Quidco - £30 as advertised - but then Quidco took off £5 admin charge which I wasn't expecting - was very surprised by that!!!
Did anyone else get hit with an admin charge?0 -
