Best Value Talk Text 600 / Equivalent?

I am looking for the best TalkText 600 or equivalent deal (500 anytime mins + 100 texts, on a 12 month contract, I am not interested in 18 months). Are there any ones out there that which give it to you essentially for free?

Preferably from a larger retailer, as I want the place to be around to get my money back from in a years time.

which isn’t quite what I am after, as it's got less minuets, things I will never use and its from someone I have never heard of (+ the phone looks irritating :< ).

Most of the deals are with the video talk and text now and its same for me I wouldnt use the video its a waste of time and money having it. I would only be interested in having another three contract if I could get 12 months free rental on a good talk and text one so if you find any please let me know

Basically mate, if you want free line rental for the whole term of the contract then it is going to be on the sh*t handsets. No one gives away handsets that they can get money for.

I have just finished my Nokia 7600 contract for £2.99 a month over 12 months with 500 mins and 100 texts. That phone was quite annoying but I got used to it in the end and it did the job. Have a look on dialaphone / onestopphoneshop and find the deal that suits you. Then go to E2Save (part of CPW) and get them to match it, that is who I had my cashback from and it was fine (if a little slow).

The reason the deals are better on vtt700 is that 3 offers 3 months half prie rental and extra dealer incentive on the video tariffs - maybe you should look for a deal on the vtt1100 tariff with a retailer who would allow you to downgrade to tt600 after 6 months without invlidating your cashback?

This one sounds like a good deal - just £15 for the year for 600 mins, 400 txts, 50 video mins, 50 message/video msgs and 5 downloads.

The way it works is 11 months free rental through cashback deals - leaving just £45 for the year.
But if you buy through Quidco you get another £30 cashback bringing it down to £15 for the whole year. Not bad. And the phone is pretty decent too.

just ordered the same phone gizzmo pointed out, but from 3 mobile shop & quidco giving £33 at the moment. hoping they will be about to get my cash back as its £45 per month line rental. couldnt find anything else with 500+ mins. (that talktext 600 was just about right)
