Hi
If I were you, I would reset every email address to the way it was, ie for your bt account username,password,pop3,smtp. and don't forget to untick everything that you have ticked and set it back to the original settings.
Then in Servers, on the BT account just change the smtp to smtp.e7even.com and this should work.
Hope this helps0 -

This thread has been extremely useful to me as I moved ISP at the same time as I split up with partner and it was horrendous to try and sort out all old e-mail stuff. Am not techie at all. I will be moving again and want to keep this info. Does anyone know if it is easy to print out a whole thread? There are three ways to get something done; do it yourself, hire someone or forbid your kids to do it.0

Go to the top and select thread tools - then select view printable version - Hope it does the trick !
