There seems to be a shortage of the pesky things! Wonder why?
Latest version on a theme - I rinsed out a Pringles type tube and cut out a 'posting' slot in the side, so now it looks like a very tall post box.
Suggestions please on how to decorate the outside? How would you decorate yours??!?Everything in moderation..............including moderation..............0 -

Well I was originally saving for the holidays, but my other half proposed yesterday so looks like I'm saving for a wedding now! I knew we were going to marry eventually, but I;m all excited now and looking for fabrics and recipes and shiny things

Still only £2 though! Need to work on that.....0 -

I have had to cheat as i usually buy everything on my card. I swapped two £1 coins for 1 £2 coin with my mum. She had 3!!!
She was writing me a cheque for some money she owed me, and i was trying to persuade her to give me the other 2 and knock the value of the cheque down, but she wouldn't. Grrrrrrr.
Total now = 2x2 = £4 - this is a slow process, but i suppose even if i only got 1 per week, this would still be over £100.
Note to self - try to spend some cash instead of on the card.0 -

i proposed to my girlfriend yesterday too!! so yay to us!
anyway we won't be getting married til after uni (bout 3 years ish), so we have plenty of time.
back to the topic, at the mo, i save 1p's, 2p's and 5p's at the mo, and i'm gonna give this whole £2 thing a go, seeing as i have 3 in my wallet!
