Joining too - been saving them for a while but kept having to dip into my little blue pot for school dinner money and have only just got back on track (holidays, pocket money, door-to-door collections etc). OH knows I luvs 'em and will wave them in front of my nose if he gets one ... I can usually persuade him to part with it though
Mine is a tiny little ceramic pot - you can sometimes get Stilton in a dark blue pot with a lid (Christmas luxury sort of thing), and although I had one I subsequently found a miniature in a charity shop. It's an almost perfect £2 size, so they stack up on top of each other, and I think it will hold about 20 of them but haven't yet managed to hold on to enough to find out!
Didn't know there was a shortage though, will have a trawl back through thread when I've a bit more time.0 -

I have £98 worth at the moment and haven't had one for ages! So fustrating as I collected about £80 worth in a month and the rest are just coming slowly apart from the last one which I am desperately in need for!
When I get the £100 worth I am going to bank them and stop collecting lol.Saving for a deposit: £20,551 / £25,000 - 82% of the way there...0 -
Well, that's another £12 into the terramundi - went and converted all the loose change I've been hoarding for the last month. Ah, I'll be hitting the £200 mark in the next while - can't wait!!0

I've waited all weekend and two came along at once! I'm amazed at how excited I got when Tesco lady handed my change over! I also counted up all my loose change and I have £22 to pay into my account.
