OK, where are all the £2 coins..... Ive still only got 2, they are very lonely in that old coffee jar. Is it just me who buys a stamp (even when I dont need one) and pays with a 20??? Im going to have start asking for them in my change.
btw this is a really good idea, im useless at saving but its so much fun being in a club and checking how every one else is gettin on is stopping my temptation :j cant let the team down.
Good enough club member number 140 -

GreenFingers wrote:Hello OzzyFan,
It could be used for anything really..or not at all I guess. I was originally thinking of putting in things like 'Banked £x in savings account' or 'Spent £x on this that or the other'. The running totals actually saved against each name will not change but what happens to the coins may. Just an idea really...
Hi greenfingers
you could use it to show everyone what we are saving towards or if we have a certain target in mind?
have a good £2 collecting day everyone!

Hi

Finally got one (actually from my OH who emptied his pocket on the evening - he has not yet realised).MFW on your mark0 -
As always - paid for something yesterday with a fiver - got back 2 £2 and change. Change goes in a tin to be bagged and converted to £2 later - £4 into the terramundi.
Left with £0.
Back to the hole in the wall today - am I spending more money than I did before at this rate???!!!
Can't think of it like that - must think of it as spending less really 'cos it's not leaving my possession at all now!!!0 -
That was a very similar happening to me the other day! but then for 4 days I haven't had 1! and was so deflated! I can't win here!
Got a shiny new one yesterday and proudly put it in in front of the kids, younger son has a paper round and got paid a £2.00 coin which he said I could have, I did decline and I did make him insist to me he wouldn't put it in sneekily!Panda xx
