love the spreadsheet greenfingers, its great, thank you :T :T :T
have you decided what to use the comments column for?
or is it to tell us off if we dip into our savings!
hi to all the new members too :wave:0 -
_pale_ I've been thinking about it for too long - it's time to act! Yes, I, too would like to join your £2 coin club. I have my first one - think I will aim for a treat - probably a spa day - time for a bit of self indulgence I reckon. Love th look of the terramundis, but will save in true MSE style and use a jam jar. Now just got to follow greenfingers instructions to put in sig - will find out if it really is easy peasy as I am usually pretty useless at this kind of thing. Good luck to all £2 savers!! Oh dear - it's too difficult - have gone on to page that has lots of smilies, but can't see any of the bits I'm looking for - like 'Click edit' and so on. Never mind - am I too dozy to be in your elite club???Weight loss - here we go again - watch this space!
US...........And them............0 -
You've inspired me start saving these too. :T The children get all my loose change below 20p but I got 2 £2 coins today and I've now hijacked one of my son's money boxes for these. I must admit they're rattling around in there a bit, will have to try and add some more asap.
Just off to edit my signature now.MFW 2021 No: 33 £45000/£45000 Mortgage free @ 11/6/21 🥳0 -
Hi suziewuzie
have you clicked on user CP at the top of the page?
then you have to click on edit signature on the left hand side of the page
don't worry I couldn't work it out either at first & had to ask for help!
good luck with saving for your spa treat :j0 -
Such a great idea!! Will need to dig out an old piggy bank from somewhere.
I've got the full-set of Natwest piggies but won't be using them as I'm keeping them in a safe place; they may come in handy for a rainy day sometime!0 -

Hello SuzieWuzie,
If you look on the screen for the pale sand coloured menu bar.... towards the left hand side of this you will see in blue letters the word 'User CP' - just click that and it will open a new panel.
Then click the Edit Signature option and in the white text entry box just enter the text you want displayed. Press the save command button when you have finished. You can go back at any time to edit it again.
PS - Your name has been entered in this most exclusive savers club...The £2 Coin Savers Club = £346.00 (£300.00 transferred to Savings a/c)

Hello OzzyFan,
It could be used for anything really..or not at all I guess. I was originally thinking of putting in things like 'Banked £x in savings account' or 'Spent £x on this that or the other'. The running totals actually saved against each name will not change but what happens to the coins may. Just an idea really...The £2 Coin Savers Club = £346.00 (£300.00 transferred to Savings a/c)

Not a member of the two pound club, but i have a question.
Does any of you have the Rugby £2.00 coin, as my son had one hes an avid rugby fan and unfortunately left it in the kitchen where i pais milkman with it.
I will send another £2.00 coin and pay postage.
So if anyone can help - before he notices. Sounds daft but it was his pride and joy - took it everywhere with him.
Thanks0 -
this sounds a good idea,
i've just put the 2 x £2 i had in my pocket to one side.
will use this collection to buy my graduation stuff..... in 6 months!0
