Wow i just had a look in my jar and either I put another coin in without remembering or my boyfriend has put a £2 coin in. (Can't have been me I never forget anything even when I'm drunk!!!!! ) I must remember to thank him!!!!

Ooooooo so jammy - what a huge amount - I had £56.00 but having just startes on MSE and doing a Budget for the first time in my life!! I had some arrears to catch up on (still not paid em all) so I had to sacrifice my precious £56 worth of £2 coins.......well at least they went on something constructive eh??

Another 2 for the pot today. :j Can't believe that I only need three more to "hit" my (self-imposed) target for my holiday spending...am not going to stop collecting though :rotfl: !! Think I'll keep the target as "Holiday Spending Money" until after the holiday - it will be nice to have a bit of a buffer in case of unforeseen expenses while we're away... Then, whatever's left after that can go towards the next goal.

I was going to transfer my efforts straight to "Christmas" but have been thinking about it and think that "Car Tax" might be a wise idea first - its not due until the end of October and we always "find" the money from somewhere :rolleyes: , but it would be lovely to know in advance that its ready and waiting without having to scrabble round at the last minute and cut back in other areas to get it!

Then, it will be Christmas...!!!
