    HELP ME!

ps i really dont understand how to fill in the debtors bankruptcy petition! ive managed my name, address, occupation. other than that my head just doesnt understand???!!!!! im sure im not thick, but i feel it right now!!!!!!!!

    HELP ME!!!!!!

Take a deep breath ttt....go get a cuppa girl!! , then check out the NEDCAB link on Phils post...it has an example of completed form.

Its odd but depression can make you get overwhelmed by forms!! just take your time & answer one question at a time. I know what you mean though....I`ve spent my life filling forms for other people in my work but it looks like chinese when I try & concentrate on my own!! ...I thought it was just me !!

Pensions are exempt so I would think that no need to list as asset as its not yours until you retire.

Just be as honest as you can...if you forget something it will still be included in your BR anyway. The form just allows the OR to get as big a picture as possible.

Take your time....have you got that cuppa yet Honey!

You have to include everything....if its a HP agreement & within a certain timeframe then Currys/HFC could try & reclaim the goods....Im in same situation with SCS !! I`m sure someone will be able to help I`d be interested in answer.

    Anyway must dash....be back later,

PS...if it gets too stressful try & take a short walk or get fresh air...great for clearing the mind.

Sorry to hear about everything you are going through, you will get through it with the help from everyone on here. I first came to the site exactly 12 months ago and its now all over with. CAB filled in all my forms for me but it may take ages with the number of people in the same situation, they will advise you anyway. Another thing, stop telling your ex things, I learnt the hard way with mine, i tell him nothing now : ) Your are under enough pressure without him trying to belittle you. Anyway good luck with everything, you just concentrate on you and your little lad x

  • Hi ttc

Ok, so you've got a bit of time now. Haven't read your entire thread yet but have you tried the CCCS? If your'e having no luck getting in at your local CAB then you might just find the CCCS quicker. I spent over an hour on the phone to them on Monday, they were fantastic.
