Once we get to that point, further wording will be drafted for the claim.

do remember that my case was won on the basis of my presentation and does not set a precident. B&Q may allow your case to go to court so be prepared. Support is available from this thread.0

Thanks for this, it's far better than the letter that i had drafted. I was just wondering if there is any kind of time cut off for submitting a claim, as it was 5 months ago now would it be considered that we had left it too long too claim?0

if anyone requires help with the small claims court claim, please PM me. I am conscious that B&Q will monitor these threads so it would be best not to declare to the other party our argument case any further.0

Evidence that they are settling claims before they reach the hearing stage (as I mentioned last week). The £310 represents £260 for the loss of bargain, plus £50 court fees paid by the claimant.mattwallisuk wrote: »I am ready to be proved wrong and look forward to seeing your cheque for £260 from B&Q for having an item not in stock. Honestly.
Well, Matt, I notice you've viewed the thread a few times since TBeckett's victory, and here's the cheque you wanted to see. Anything to say?
