Nothing to be had in Queensgate Boots, Peterborough this morning.
No HE, as usual. Nothing remotely interesting on any of the clearance stands. No Gillette. No L'Oreal Anti-Fat' sets. Zilch. Waste of time.

Incidentally, last night I dreamt that SandraScarlett took me Bootsing. We found a store that had a display of every GWP ever, and you got one free with every item you purchased! Then we found a whole rack of S&G stuff priced at 50p - and used our £2 vouchers with no fuss!

Oh please tell me, what did I look like?! Were my eyebrows nicely defined, and were my feet bunion free?

And was I a trim Size 12, with a jaunty devil-may-care look about me?

    :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

PS - Managed 4 hours sleep so not too bad. Collected DGD, and asked what she would like to do after lunch.

"Pleeth Gwamma, can we go on the buth, and can I pweth your Buth Path on the magic button pleeth?"

"Course we can, my darling. And where shall we go?"

    "Lakethide pleeth Gwamma" :j :j :j :j

Snipped - you have her well trained Sandra!!!! How sweet!:T
  • I have 3 x £5 P&P vouchers from the ACM, I'm sure Mr B has a camera inside that thing and feels that my skin needs all the help it can get :rotfl:
Well Mr B, I won't be buying any.

Also I have 150 points vouchers for TS, UG and T&G. I won't be using them either since I discovered Lush shampoo bars last week. I can honestly say they are the best shampoo I've ever used.

It's snowing hard here, must pop out and get some more bread and milk from the shop over the road from the post office...:D

Sandra, it doesn't seem 5 minutes since my DD was little and lispy, the highlight of our shopping trips for her was being able to say "Fank you" to the bus driver. She's 16 now and these days her face still lights up if she knows I'm going on the bus to Boots, though she spends more time eyeing up the talent on the back seat :rotfl: Oh, and making her shopping list of course :D
  • managed to pick up some s&g hand washes today reduced and 3for2 so got them all for £4.40 i was really pleased:)
Printers broken at the mo so couldn't print off the £2 off voucher, still, pleased with what i got:)

    Hi all,

Got some Eight hour cream from Boots the other day after loads of folks on here said it was great, but tbh its not what I expected.
Is it meant to be orange? I expected it to be white, a traditional cream if you know what I mean but its a funny orange colour, smells odd and is really really greasy, just wondering if mines gone funny or if that is just how it is?

    Thanks everyone.
