I've seen stuff downstairs behind the SS tills, or in the corner near the tills at the back of the shop.
Also, have you noticed that there's a downstairs in the Sauchiehall street Boots? 4 years in Glasgow and I've only just discovered it exists...0 -
A couple of peeps asked about this. Well, I can tell you that if I had bought that Ralph Lauren stuff that came with a free box of choccies, and had to return the item, I wouldn't be able to return the choccies, cos they'd be in my tummy! :rotfl:
The first time I returned something that had a GWP with it, and/or I'd earnt a Pinkie/Blinkie/Winkie, there was such a lot of huffing and fuffing, that I wanted to cry!
So what I do now is take the item back, and if it had a GWP or a voucher, I don't take the receipt. Often I haven't still got it anyway. You won't be refunded with cash, but they'll put the amount on a gift card. HTH0 -
Mr B didn't send me any useful PC vouchers, I really wanted the 500pts wys £15 in baby dept, I'm sure I got sent some that other peeps could use......
Ok is that creative enough?;)0 -
I was on the other night and someone asked about creams for spot treatment, after they'd used something that hadn't suited their skin. They normally used Chanel products. I replied about Elizabeth Arden 8 hour cream. I can't remember your user name but if it's you I've found a little cream sample pot for something else that's empty and i could put some of the 8 hour in it for you to try if you wanted. Just PM me. Waffle over, sorry0

Boots Pride Park. This store doens't have an ACM though, so you may want to print out all your vouchers at Westfield, then whatever you don't use there you can maybe find items to use at Pride Park with your vouchers.
HTH,
just to let you and other derby boosters know there is a ACM there. It is almost straight in front of you to the left as you walk in. It is set back a bit so some stands can hide it. It is across from the tills if you like. Well it was there a month ago you never know they could have removed it as it is often out of order. HTH
I am iching to get out but i got admitted to hospital and have to rest now. While i was in there they kick vistors out now during meal time so Dh went on search for the mens expert kit, any gwp and the putting set to surprise me and cheer me up but he came back empty handed. He picked up what he thought was the expert kit but it was the wrinkle one and it scanned at £18.50 so of course he left it. At least he tried, full marks for effort bless him I think it was something to keep him busy.:)Mummy to 2 wonderful boysWant to be fit for 30 not fat at 30but i want never gets!!!0 -
Hi Girls/Guys
Have been splitting my sides for a couple of weeks over some of the messages posted here and also found out what a lovely caring lot of :A :A you all are. I have also gained some great bargains with all your tips so thank you all.
Dont know if i am allowed to post this request here but i've seen it mentioned that some of you make up gift baskets/hampers to cheer up friends with all your boots goodies.
Well my BF's Mum is going into hospital to have a tumour removed from her bowl and my BF lives in Australia ( roll on June when she's home for a visit) so its my plan to freshener up her flat leave her a lovely bunch of flowers and a pamper basket to cheer her up when she comes home.
I've started with the olay and time delay skincare stuff using £5 vouchers also got her some MM shampoo and conditioner and here's were you all come in, as i'm now stuck as to what else i can add using the current offers /points, I would really appreciate any tips you have as I have never put anything like this together before.:o

P.P.S. Sorry once again if i'm not meant to post this request here:o0 -

then in your MSE reply box type the word that you want to be the linky eg: Boots, then highlight the word with your mouse, then click on the hyper link symbol (globe )and paste the url over the http bit in the pop-up box. then it should look like this;

I can't do it:o ...(hangs head in shame). Is it because i'm trying to add the link by editing a previous post?

Hi, and welcome to the board! What a lovely treat that'll be for your friend's Mum. You can use the Soap & Glory voucher here and each mini will cost 20p. Have a look on the clearance stands, and look for sachets of things. Someone Very Clever posted about things you could buy with the vouchers for very little, and hopefully somebody else, who's Very Clever will provide you with the link!
Happy Bootsing!

Hi Voucher Queen, what a lovely idea! Here are some of my ideas
- I have noticed lots of No7 reduced in stores (usually in clearance sections or on last chance to buy No7 stands) so these could be nice. There is also lots of No7 suncare reduced atm, which would be perfect if you are giving the basket in June.
- S&G skincare using the voucher posted a few pages back. Works on all the S&G skincare items, which in my local store has it's own section with the other skincare eg L'oreal, Time Delay. You could be brave like SandraScarlett and try it on a few minis, which are £2.20 each so 20p to pay after voucher.
- Use P&P £5off voucher to get some serum and new GWP. You could also get No7 bathing items - they are on 3 for 2, there is a 100pts ACM voucher and get another GWP
- Look out for purple Olay GWP which will go through with any Olay purchase (well it goes through at 0.00)
- Mitchum deodrant is on 2 for £3.50. Use 2 x Mitchum vouchers on page 1.
- Look out for reduced Herbal Essence shampoos - these have an automatic 100 points for every bottle
- A lot of the haircare brands included in the £2 voucher are on clearance. There are also ACM vouchers for a few of the brands which can be used in conjunction with the £2 voucher.
Which Boots is your local store? People may be able to tell you specific clearance items/bargains.
Someone also posted that blinkies/pinkies (£5 off No7 and Ruby and Millie) vouchers will be back in April, so you will be able to get lots of goodies for your hamper then :T0
