Thursdays_child wrote: »Although, I have an oily skin I have never been troubled with spots, maybe the odd one has erupted but at the present time I have 4 hugh ones on my face and being over 60 it is not a good look.
I am normally a Chanel girl but I have been buying a lot of No7 and I recently opened the large black gift box that was 1/2 price and 342 before Christmas and have started to use everything in that, so I am assuming that is my problem. Anyone else have problems with No7 skincare? Also any quick cures for the spots?
Thank you for any tips you might have for my spotty complexion.0 -

I'm a "sort of" Oxford Bootser, so hi
I've never ventured to the Cowley Road - must take a look sometime. Oxford Retail Park is my "home" Boots - well at least it's the one I can get to most often anyway.
Hi all Oxford bootsers
I am aswell. Sent hubby to Oxford retail park Boots today to look for bargains - now i know why he couldn't find anything
I'm braving Milton Keynes on Sunday so would be grateful for any info on where the clearance shelves are as it's quite a big branch.
Thanks0 -
I highly recommend Clinique Dramatically Different Moisturising Lotion (bought some on Sunday from the airport on way back from holiday), it has worked miracles since I used to use Botanics Day Shift Moisture lotion for my face by Clinique is fabulous with a silk touch to my skin and I have had so many comments about how flawless it looks. Not sure it will be any good for spots though but I just had to share my new find with you alll.Mummy to a beautiful 4 month old princess! x0

Has anyone else had problems with their local store where as soon as they walk in, all SA's eyes are on them? I swear I walked in today and they were all gawking at me. I know I'm glamorous and what not, but I don't really need that kind of welcome! Anyone would have thought I was Brad Pitt or David Beckham or something. Anyway, it really put me off, so I don't think I will be going to Boots again for a while. I would understand if I just rolled around the aisles and never bought anything, but I spend like £10 a day there! How rude indeed.
You do make me lol Mimi:rotfl:
Dad's got his last stage of chemo (hickman line and transplant) starting tomorrow, and will be in hospital for a few weeks. I'm hoping it goes OK and that he will come out fine. Please can all of you say a little prayer for him whenever you can, and one for the family as well. Everyone seems really upset at home. Sorry, I know I'm not meant to chat on here, but I just did. Ooops. Thanks all. x x Mimi x x
Mimi, I am saying a prayer for your dad, and the rest of your family. I am being treated for cancer at the moment too (aged 38) and i know how hard it is for EVERYONE. Sending lots of love and hugs ((((( ))))))Make the most of your days, enjoy your life.0 -
Quick question everyone - what respectably priced moisturiser would you reccomend for really dry skin? My Garnier stuff isn't really working anymore~*Cerenia*~
