I checked the ACM today and still no £5 off P & P for me, although maybe only the people who had the offer the first time round will get it reinstated now it can no longer be combined with the Blinkie.

I managed to pick up a Gillette Golf Putting set with a can of reduced Gillette shaving gel. Thanks to the OP of that glitch...pretty cool set!!

Also got 2 Mitchum on the 2 for £3.50 offer, but used two Mitchum £1 off vouchers on the SS till, which beeped and made me wait for assistance!! Not sure why, but thankfully my golf set was already in the bag.
The Mitchum original amount did not count though so I didn't qualify for a Winkly winkle...or whatever they are, lol!! Am almost certain that last time I used the £1 off Mitchum vouchers the original amount still showed on the til total. Never mind, still pleased with what I got.

I saw the Girard perfume sets reduced too, there were two different kinds, both down to £8.**, but the voucher is not for £5 off, it's for 500 points wyb Girard set. So, ok if you need essentials as you can buy them with points but not so good if you're hoping to gain lots of winkies as I'm pretty sure you don't get them if paying with points. PLUS do I actually *need* another giftset? :rotfl: Haven't decided if I am gonna get one yet, I had left my voucher at home today. FYI the booklet says Love Notes on the front and is predominantly red in colour, red hearts and red roses on it with 3 bottles of perfume pictured in middle. I got mine in box from .com delivery...deffo none lying around in Chester store today.

No L'Oreal Anti - Fatigue sets in Chester. Hardly any clearance either just a bit of Skin Doctors...I was hoping they would have the Instant Facelift product..if you see that one on your clearance don't forget to try and use the £4 off voucher from the latest Boots Advantage Card magazine.


Has anyone tried buying the Olay Definity using both the latest skincare £5 off voucher (winkie) and the £5 off voucher from the old Olay purple hexagonal box GWP??


Off topic...I am loving this snow but to be fair I guess I wouldn't be if we had been snowed in like some of you, ours is just lovely, romantic looking fat flakes drifting about.


ETA Ooops apparently the new voucher is not a winkly or a winkle its a wrinklie....so just substitute the correct term wherever Ive got it wrong...must think...skincare ..wrinkles...therefore wrinklie! LOL

Ok so my first Bootsing trip today!
Went to Buchannan Galleries Boots, not much to be had i'm afraid but i managed to find:
T&G Copper Shampoo - 65p
CW Choppy paste - £1.10

paid £1.75, 4pts plus had old reciept with point on it, gave me another 104 points

Then i decided to walk down to St Enochs center Boots and i got:

Model Me Shampoo : £1.22
Model Me Conditioner: £1.22
Model Me Blow dry liquid: £1.47
Model Me Styleing Spray: £1.47
CW Max shine Spray: 98p
Simple spf 20 lipbalm: 90p
Boots Holiday Glow face moisturiser: 85p x 2
Pat Obv Hand Sanitiser: 74p

Total: £9.70, 32 points recieved and wrinklie recieved

Then i went over to No7, and got:

P&P lipcare: £8.60 (used £5p&p voucher)
Skin Illuminator in pink: £10.30
Gradual Fake tan: £2.25 clearance
and the GWP! All the ones i picked up where marked 488 on the back, as was mine, and i got the Sugar Plum lippy and a voucher!

total: £16.15, used £10 gift voucher so only paid £6.15, recieved 64 points and another wrinklie!

Not too shabby for my first Bootsing!

I also printed out a load of vouchers from the ACM, i think i have about 3 of each! lol I think i could get all the vouchers, and can print out more if anyone needs some. Thinking of taking a trip up to the Fort tomorrow, as its a huge Boots and i have these wrinklies to use now!

I got the £5 P and P voucher from the acm today, will use it on wed if I'm not snowed in. Also got 2 of the the L'oreal men's anti-fatigue kit with free washbag on bogohp. plenty of the reduced modelme in Solihull Retail Park, got some of those with the £2 off haircare voucher.
By the way, does anyone know if I will still get the no7 gwp if I exchange a £10 perfume gift set (with receipt) as part-payment for it? Thanks.

hi littelpinkstars44 as i see you froget to use the hair copon as you coud get the most of reduce hair care product for a few penny so make sure you use them next time:T

Thank you - with the gift set and the acm voucher, I will only have to pay £3ish in hard cash to get the gwp!
They also had lots of Girard gift sets at £9.95 half price, in 4 different fragrances with perfume, shower gel and body lotion, they are full price on the website. I didn't particularly like the smell of any of them though, might try to get a men's version for DH if I spot one - he's not as fussy as me!

I didn't have any hair coupons at the time, as this was my first time Bootsing! I have 2 of them now after today!
