    Sky will most probably decline the transactions on quidco as you used a code

    We have been Sky customers for 2.5 years on their TV package spending £21.50 a month. Unfortunately we cant get their phone or internet package in our area. We wanted to upgrade to a Sky+ box and after a number of phone calls they offered us it for £45. Has anyone got a better deal than this please and if so how? Also if I use Quidco will I still get cashback please?

    I would suggest this elvina:

    Ring them up and say your leaving because you want a SKY+ box/Fed up with CS.

    Get someone on here to give you a code, join again and get the SKY+ box for £30 installation, if you where to get the box for £45 you would have to pay for installation anyway, I think i can get a code.

    Or go for a HD box only £50 now but an extra £10 a month :mad:

    I am a SKY affiliate and they will only pay 1p for a "upgrade", so no quidco would likely decline it.

    I put an order through last night for installation on the 14th, got an email this morning saying.

    We're really sorry, but we've had to change your Sky TV installation date

    Unfortunately we've had to change your Sky TV installation date. It's now booked for between 8am and midday.

    We're sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you. If this date is not suitable or you need to get in touch with us for any other reason, please call 08442 414 414.

    Whats that all about? I dont see the date change

    yeah mines tracking at £50 but I also want the £15 credit and £50 m&s vouchers. Not sure how I go about getting the vouchers. I wasn't sure if we were entitled to them as we got the box and install free with th code

    I negotiate and say you will pay £45 for the box but you want £50 m&s vouchers

    I got exactly the same.

    Seems to be the standard email they are sending out. My date stayed the same yet they apoligised?! lol
  • yeah I got the same thing last week, got my viewing cards and contract through today, roll on monday :)
