Sorted this for my Mum, going via /myoffers but not using a code.

I have organised Sky+HD, £50 M&S vouchers, £100 Quidco - total of £49 for just the box, free installation all due in on the 14th Feb.

Mum has told me that she doesn't want the vouchers, so will let me have them. Bargain! But I haven't told her I did it all via quidco. Bad daughter.....

Does anyone know what existing Sky customers can get? I've been a customer for years, got the full package-movies and sports and would love Sky+ but haven't got an HD telly so don't need the HD one.

ring turnaround (their disconnection team) and thell them your box has gone funny and that you are going to get freeview+ box. They should make you an offer . Not that it's happened yet, but I got sky+ for £49 plus free installation, and free line rental and calls.

Did you get the email offering you the first month of Full Sky package at your normal price of £16.50?

Did you go through quidco?

If you look back to last week's apology from Sky it says that a new deal should be available this week.

I phoned Sky after last week's offer was withdrawn but they still honoured it as I had the code.

I got free Sky +, free installation, free broadban and a £15 account credit. I also rang Sky Talk seperately to move my line rental and they gave me the first 6 months half price (£5/month).
