I was just wondering...I need to get a small puncture sorted on one of my tyres...does the wheel need to be balanced again when the puncture is fixed? cheers"He's a maniac, maniac that's for sure,

Cheers buddy...what sort of price should i be paying do you reckon?"He's a maniac, maniac that's for sure,

well i took my works van to kwik fit ( i know i know, dont start ) they charged my company £17 for the pleasure of repairing a puncture. i was desperate and it was the only place without me having to change the wheel. (lazy i know, but it was freezing)
i have seen smaller local independants doing it for under a tenner,if it were my own car i would have found one of these places in my own time....work permit granted!0 -
oh and maniac if its the rear tyre there is no big deal in getting it balanced, but if its under a tenner then its probably worth getting them to do it incase you decide to rotate tyres later on....work permit granted!0

I normally inflate my tyres on a weekly basis and have noticed that this rear tyre has been going down 4-5psi a week unlike the others which go down 1-2 psi a week. There is a Kwik Fit just down the road but I have not got £600 for new brakes, shocks, exhaust etc!"He's a maniac, maniac that's for sure,
