you have a webproducts in your log i suggest you delete it as it carries a trogen. the webproducts is the fancy cursors eg cursormania.
i had it once when one of my darling boys downloaded it and Dr web found it Download this scanner and Rename it NiallLaunch from here and run a complete scan:
ftp://ftp.drweb.com/pub/drweb/cureit/launch.exe
Or from here:
http://www.freedrweb.com/
It is a very good antivirus scanner ( it does not protect just finds the stuff you have put on) do a complete scan.
dont for get when your pc is clean to do a system restore flush
Spending my time reading how to fix PC's,instead of looking at Facebook.0 -
Id probably think about removing 'ntl netguard'
Uninstall 'broadjump' (Its not needed)
use hijack to FIX these ~
O4 - HKUS\S-1-5-18\..\RunOnce: [tscuninstall] %systemroot%\system32\tscupgrd.exe (User 'SYSTEM')
O4 - HKUS\.DEFAULT\..\RunOnce: [tscuninstall] %systemroot%\system32\tscupgrd.exe (User 'Default user')
O23 - Service: DvpApi (dvpapi) - Unknown owner - C:\Program Files\Common Files\Command Software\dvpapi.exe (file missing)
Have you any idea what this is ~
C:\Program Files\3B Software\Common\Scheduler\wcomschd.exe
Id consider uninstalling it anyways
Use REVO to uninstall spybot
Download REVO UNINSTALLER (Make sure you click 'DOWNLOAD NOW')
http://www.download.com/Revo-Uninstaller/3000-2096_4-10687648.html
Then reinstall it again
Download SPYBOT (Top right)
http://www.filehippo.com/download_spybot_search_destroy/
UPDATE and IMMUNISE (Make sure it reads ZERO unprotected) and SCAN
You still NEED service pack 3
Id also suggest going to WINDOWS UPDATE, selecting custom and downloading any updates you can:idea:0 -

Dr Web is very good but it also has a high rate of False Positives.
If you run it it may be worth reproducing the log here prior to curing the files0
