thats a tottally unpatched version of XP, is it not "legit" ??
That's the lot on the malware one now. The XP is legit but they have windows updates turned off.
Will go and run combofix now

not sure so it's filed under "least of their problems" ....lol
not seen an unpatched version of XP for a LONG time (which will be the avenue for the infection and they are in grave risk of losing personal data)
not even SP1 , no IE7

So my todo list is as follows:
I have deleted the Hijack this entries as requested. I am just downloading SP1 which I will transfer across and run and then run Combofix, Spybot, update AVG and then a new Hijack this!
