Hoxton £1 Sale 12pm Thurs 29th Jan

Well done everyone! I just had a look at the £29 ones, and there are no weekends. Its a lovely hotel, I got a £1 one a couple of time ago, but it was when you could use the html site. I wonder why they've stopped that now?

Now there is a sign saying all £1 rooms sold out - I'll have to learn to type quicker! - It would have been perfect for my wedding anniversary - still have to try the lastminute sale tomorrow and hope to get lucky!

i tried to book a £1 room but when I put my dates in it came up with £126?!!!

Gutted! Had the page up for the last half hour, got to 12pm and the screen didn't change. Refreshed it, still didn't change. Refreshed it again and it said all rooms have sold out!

Boo hiss!

Well done to all those that got one - i didn't unfortunately although it did go all the way through the whole process and then right at the end said it wasn't available. Never mind!

I had two browser tabs open, to the page marked "Hoxton Hotels £1 deal", which was counting down the minutes to 12:00. At 12:00, all that happened was the timer reset. There was no link, no tab, no button to take you to the calendar or other reservations page. IT SIMPLY DIDN'T WORK. That's a scam in my book. It makes me absolutely determined never to stay in such a cr&&&y hotel even if they give the rooms away. Media hype = BACKFIRE in this case.

Ok I am bitter that i didnt get one. But why wasnt the succesful link put up before all the rooms had gone.

The HTML link didnt work and neither did the http://www.thehoxton.com/offers-1pound.php

The only lnk that did work was www.thehoxton.com shame this wasnt posted earlier
