I think I know why Garry hasn't filed his accounts. I bet somebody at Companies House enquired about the name of his company. So Garry invoked this clause from his T&Cs:-

The trading name GC's PC's is part of GLC Group Ltd registered in England 6541505. The matter of names may not be discussed and anyone who challenges so, shall be banned from use of our services.

    I can imagine Garry's actions :-

"So Companies House, you have been banned, and you will never get those accounts, so there!" (sticks tongue out - in a very mature way of course)

A couple of days ago I forwarded yorksrabbit's excellent summery (see post#748) on to Garry via the legal@gcspcs.co.uk email link, using a "throwaway" email address and name. The boy-wonder actually replied with this pithy comment :-

    "14) And I do believe you're a marked man

Go back to your own country"

So he is still issuing threats - the idiot. And is that a touch of racism I see ?

I am still getting hours of fun from Garry's limited grasp of English (this is the lad with "16 GCSEs"). For instance :-

We, at any time reserve the right to ban and block you from our website. Any farther attempts shall be reported to the police and legal proceedings may follow.

When he says "farther" does he mean the distance from Benfleet to Basingstoke?

    and

We strongly object to customers who are rude and do not tolerate behaviour outside of fair means. We will act against these issues with all its power to ensure the well-being of staff and our customers.

Is he saying that he objects to customers "who do not tolerate behaviour outside fair means". Surely they are on his side, so why is he objecting to them? And I didn't know that "issues" had any power.

    And this gem:-

We may seize assets, freeze bank accounts and at no point, refrain from contacting you until we receive full payment. Undesired actions against you may be a result of non payment or refusal to pay.

Is he saying that he has the power to do all those things? I would think the courts might have something to say about that. It's their job, not some jumped-up individual. And what the hell does he mean by "undesired actions against you".

    Well,

The boy wonder and I are now in regular correspondence. When I said that the words "Go back to your own country" was a racial slur, and that I was going to report him , he came back with this :-

"Oh No. Just like everyone else, you cannot treat me as subhuman and thus you are discriminating. Everyone is allowed their own opinion."

    What an idiot he is.

Interesting development which may be worth while passing on to the Police.

When you place an order on gcspcs.co.uk, the fraudsters now ask you to tick either cheque or bank transfer OR credit card; when you tick credit card you get to a page, which has, prominently displayed, "This Page is Secured", although the URL says "http://www.gcspcs.co.uk/store/cart.php?act=step5" (for the uninitiated, this must be "https").

Therefore, the site is NOT SECURED, and the thieves simply collect your credit card number, expiry date and CVV codes.

I then placed an order with a random 16 digit number (try 1111111111111111) and got the message: "Thank you, your order was successful! Please visit again soon."

Here are the issues: clearly, the page does not make contact with the card issuing bank; if it did (a) the card entry would happen at "https" level (b) the system would recognise an incorrect card number, and (c) it would tell you your purchase has failed. So, the [Name removed by Forum Team] s simply collect your card details to (a) re-enter them through a legitimate merchant service (one they have set up and we don't know about yet) or god help us (b) use your card details to make unauthorised purchases on or offline. There is of course also the possibility they sell your card details on.

I think you will find him guilty of all 3. What would be interesting is to secure a transaction to see exactly WHICH service he uses in section (a). Obviously a little slimy backstreet (nothing to do with me guv) Laundering service he has set up in order to steal more money from yet more victims (customers). Does he offer a C.O.D. service?? (No [Name removed by Forum Team] its not a fishing quota)
