more fun & games, not sure what he as got to complain about though, other than harming his good name of course.
thought this was already resolved...The Daily Mirror have been ordered an apology and The Press Commission are currently investigating their mis-conduct.
can't wait to read the complaint0 -
I actually think [Name removed by Forum Team] is that sad to come on here spouting that s**t.0

thought this was already resolved...
It has been! ! !
As there's far too much misreporting on this thread of the true facts, could you please kindly note for the record that:
1) All the newspapers who turned a non-story about some kid or other who was not living in Benfleet and not making much money at anything into a scurrilous tale of some kid or other who is living in Benfleet and is making a fortune thanks to his brilliant customer service have already been sued for deformation and will appear in The High Court soon (further details from [Name removed by Forum Team] and a part-time trained solicitor what is an independant);
2) The only newspaper which was good enough to correct that scurrilous tale of some kid or other living in Benfleet and making a fortune thanks to his brilliant customer service into a report about some kid or other whose customer service is so horrendous that he can't possibly be making a fortune is the Daily Mirror and [Name removed by Forum Team] has already forced it to issue an apology (further details from [Name removed by Forum Team] : only he has a copy because the Daily Mirror is not only too ashamed to make it public, it's also still baffled as to why it has had to say sorry for correcting an earlier story that has landed every other newspaper in The High Court);
3) [Name removed by Forum Team] does not live in Benfleet but in Basingstoke and as a Grammar School student could have gone to the one in Reading but didn't like their Terms & Conditions so instead travels hundreds of miles each week-day to and from, er, Southend as well as every Saturday when Southend FC is playing at home under his sponsored scoreboard (further details: Department of Education & Scoreboards);
4) [Name removed by Forum Team] 's Dad is David [Name removed by Forum Team] but this David [Name removed by Forum Team] is a gardener and has nothing whatsoever to do with the other David [Name removed by Forum Team] who is the sole director of GCsPcs Ltd (details: shorthand notes / tape transcript, pair of shame-faced Daily Mirror journalists);
5) Serena Thompson of Newcastle did indeed win a £650 Sony Vaio laptop from GCsPCs and may well turn up at the prize-giving after the June 30th closing date of the current GCsPCs Win A Laptop promotion (further details: ask [Name removed by Forum Team] , because Serena is actually quite shy and likes to keep out of the limelight);
6) Essex County Council's Trading Standards Department has indeed been closed down after it first read and approved every word and every line of GCsPCs Terms & Conditions and then had the cheek to tell the Daily Mirror that the T&Cs were actually as incomprehensible as they were unenforceable (further details: Chief Executive, Essex County Council, or that same Council's Human Resources section, because the Authority is desperate to recruit a completely new staff which will ensure that, at long last, the public has a Trading Standards Department it can depend on);
7) Note re (6): But a nice Nigerian lady is still in a senior position at Essex Trading Standards and liaising (professionally) with [Name removed by Forum Team] , as distinct from:
8) Two Nigerian crooks arrested in a UK city (a legal first) thanks to the heroic efforts of scambusters-r-us@gscpcs are now in prison for their despicable scam against [Name removed by Forum Team] and his company (though not against [Name removed by Forum Team] 's Dad and his, er, garden); further details from [EMAIL="patio-heaters-r-us@home-office.org"]patio-heaters-r-us@home-office.org[/EMAIL].;
9) GCsPCs is indeed but one part of GLC Group Ltd, one of the UK's fastest growing companies -- other brands may include something called Ferari and McDonald's in view of the amount of publicity they get from [Name removed by Forum Team] , but you'll need to check this with him);
10) Senior staff at Companies House are facing dismissal because of their continuing failure to ensure that Company No. 06541505 relates to GLC Group Ltd and not some minor outfit or other called GCsPCs whose sole director isn't a gardener (further details: Peter Mandelson, UK Business Secretary, Department of German Electric Motor Cars);
11) Companies House itself currently faces complete closure due to its epic incompetence in repeatedly losing important data, latest example of which is the statutory return for GCsPCs that really was filed well before the 17th of this month but which has vanished without trace (further details: The Samaritans);
12) A Nigerian-backed scam operation quite different to the earlier Nigerian scam operation and which involved the creation at a Basingstoke address of a completely phony GCsPCs website has been shut down by 1&1 who actually had no knowledge of nor any connection at all to either the real opr the fake GCsPCs and the nasty Nigerians but thought they'd better act anyway because [Name removed by Forum Team] asked them (further details: 1&1);
13) A number of new prisons are to be built by HM Government which will help cope with the expected influx of criminal elements justifiably punished under the terms of a GCsPCs "Fair Use" policy that is possibly about to be updated from this:The trading name GC's PC's is part of GLC Group Ltd registered in England 6541505. The matter of names may not be discussed and anyone who challenges so, shall be banned from use of our services
to this:Anyone discussing the trading name GC's PC's part of GLC Group Ltd shall be covered in Ferari exhaust fumes and locked up somewhere that isn't in Benfleet
I do hope this sets the record straight and gets everyone back in touch with reality.

Hey yorksrabbit, I bet your head hurts now after writing that brilliant (and factual) summery about poor misunderstood [Name removed by Forum Team] . You should be his publicity agent, a sort of Max Clifford, but with more integrity.What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0

Aw shucks, tris.:o
Your comment is very kind though was unfortunately overseen by one of my executives who thought it might be abusive or even fraudulent so I'm now out two hundred quid on a fraud check and you're out on account of your home being re-possessed in the Court action I brought against you ten minutes ago.
But I will get the Daily Mirror to apologise to you.
* I can also give you free postage on any £5 million gift voucher you purchase this week but please don't use your own computer because your IP address is banned and you would be illegally deformating me.0 -

I rang the dumb f*ck just now to place an order; went through the whole shebang (which phone I wanted, my name and address etc.) and then I said I wanted to pay by card: he said what card it was, and I said Visa. Then the f*ckwit actually said: Ahhh, my favourite. He asked for the card number and I said really slowly: 4111 1111 1111 1111. It took him a moment to realise he'd been had and he told me the police were on their way. When I asked why, he said because I'd had sex with my mother up the a**rse.
What a weirdo!0 -
