love this thread, v.v. funny! has anyone checked whether they are registered with the ICO to process personal data? not to do so is an offence as well, i have tried their name/address but can't find anything. having read their privacy policy, i would guess not.

laurliemonley I think GC'sPCs has in the terms and conditions that complaining to the IOC about them will subject you to the civil prosecution by GC'sPCs which in their case can result in a criminal record...

I guess from his recent posts he must be very organised and busy, what with all those enforcement notices, debt collections, court cases against all those nasty complaining customers/the press/forums/everyone here, rewriting & inventing new T&Cs every other day, community/charity work, managing one of the UK's fastest growing companies and offshore investments.

Thanks Stephen, I hope the rumours on this thread about GC'sPCs being investigated by Watchdog are true. It would be a very interesting program especially if Nicky Campbell interviewed GC'sPCs Chief Executive. Can you imagine the interview [Name removed by Forum Team] trying to justify his business practices and the famous Terms and Conditions!

Any of the people who have had dealings with GC's PCs please contact watchdog using this link as the more people who contact them the more likely they are to investigate him. This may help with your own problems and help prevent other people using GS's PCs in the future.

TBH, I don't have much time for Watchdog and even less for its presenters.

But I still wouldn't wish on any of 'em the kind of shambles that could follow if the discussion opens -- as it should -- with reference to just what this company actually is:

· The trading name GC's PC's is part of GLC Group Ltd registered in England 6541505. The matter of names may not be discussed and anyone who challenges so, shall be banned from use of our services.

As those services seem to include communication, any interview will come to a particularly premature end.
