If their bid is unsuccessful or there is no such auction on ebay, or in most cases, they find it more attractive to just keep your money, you will never see your "product".
In the unlikely event that you do get a phone, the seal is broken, because it is second hand. The thief tries to cover himself in point 4.3 of his "terms & conditions" where the little pig writes: "All goods are inspected and checked before delivery for faults, damages, and to confirm the correct item. This means the seal may be broken and you may receive goods that have been checked"
Quod erat demonstrandum.
I just realised that the thief studies this forum and I used Latin in my contribution: "Quod erat demonstrandum", [Name removed by Forum Team] , means "YES [Name removed by Forum Team] , you are working the late shift at McDonalds tonight, and NO [Name removed by Forum Team] , we will not pay you the minimum wage until you learn to flip these burgers properly"0 -
If anyone has their own website please put the following links on to your link page http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=1434775 and http://www.digitalspy.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=946227
When you google GC's PCs [Name removed by Forum Team] 's website comes up first and then all the complaint blogs etc come up. If as many of us as possible add the links to our websites (You can put them right at the bottom of the page so they only show up if someone scrolls all the way down so its not obvious). The way google works if we get enough people to place the links then the MSE forum and Digital Spy forums will come above [Name removed by Forum Team] s own website which will help warn more potential customers of his business practices.0 -
Can I ask my fellow forum members, if they have time, to email the Daily Mirror at [EMAIL="investigate@mirror.co.uk"]investigate@mirror.co.uk[/EMAIL]
The 35 pages of complaints on this forum alone (and 55,000 hits!) and the fact that he now suggest to his customers they eat their own excrement (see post #648) coupled with the fact that he claims the Daily Mirror has been ordered to apologise (see post #579).
#534 is also worth forwarding as he threatens to break into your house there.
The guys at the Daily Mirror are called Penman and Sommerlad.0 -

You know what's worse? McDonalds don't even expect you to flip the burgers any more, but he probably still fails at it.0 -

those T&C's still make me chuckle.Quote:
6. Your right of cancellation
6.1 You do not have the right to cancel an order. It will remain your choice as what to do except complaining to GC's PC's.

You are most likely to be correct.
I Picked a product at random, HTC Touch Diamond, and did a quick price check:

....why anyone would want to pay over £400 for a mobile phone is beyond me!Profit=sanity
Turnover=vanity

But don't forget, although you are paying over the odds if you buy from Garry, in return you will get a super-fast premium service. This includes a friendly a dedicated team of after-sales people who will cater to your every whim, and who's motto is "the customer is always right and we will go that extra mile to see this happens"

who could forget this gem from a previous incarnation of GCSPCS, originally posted on DSWell, here's to start the history of the business. The Managing Director is Mr. [Name removed by Forum Team] . The company also consists of many other employees covering customer service, product development, marketing, dispatch, business support, finance and administration to meet the requirement of any customers and outside businesses.
Here's a bit of our history; the business routes back to October 2003 when it was an online forum and email help for any computer issue free of charge and providing small electrical goods to educational institutions at no profit. During July 2004 the business saw its change to GLC computers when it only sold computer hardware after vast requests from the public to be able to buy these. In 2005 it saw the transition to GC's PC's which made specialised custom built computers whether gaming or businesses. March 2007 saw the major transition into the retail market of memory cards and mobile phones with the aim of giving the widest choice from any store in the whole of the UK making us unique. The aim is also to get stock of products before their release date to fast track our customers and the public responded well - we were the first UK company to sell the Apple iPhone.
February 2008 saw the transition of the business to a Private Limited Company registered with Companies House for which our number is 6541505.
The year 2008 will show a very testing year both for customers and the business. With the credit crunch it is expected less customers will purchase less and to help assist them, we will be aiming to lower all our prices to help them out. please see the 'News' link.
It is aimed for 2008 that we will expand to selling all genuine and OEM accessories, high quality cabling at discount pricing, a new wider range of mobile phones, improve customer service to 98% happy customers, PDA's, windows mobile phones, to open a new branch of the business named 'Custom PC' and to employ young British citizens for a fair wage.
Our 2008 tour is expected to be announced soon so please look back!
Yours Sincerely,
[Name removed by Forum Team]
Managing Director of GC's PC's
