And that "sponsorship deal with a major football club" was in fact one crappy scoreboard at a very lowly football club which resides in what was the old Third Division.

The definition of Bust or Insolvent is not directly connected to whether the bank will lend you more money or not. It is simply having more liabilities than assets which means you can no longer trade.

I think I will copy and paste your section (Before you delete it) about your many thousands of happy customers as from a VAT point it would be fair to say the average spend per customer was probably circa £50 to £150 which would suggest your company had a turnover in the hundreds of thousands. This could be very interesting for them from a VAT point of view

Indeed 'twas. Once upon a time my business was in fact very successful, I had thousands or happy customers, ever increasing profits and turnover, huge media interest and a sponsorship deal with a major football club. As with all entrepreneurs, they make a business, make their money and then move on. This is in fact what I'm doing.

Our friend Richard Branson, at the age of 19 was arrested on similar ridiculous grounds as I was and was later released without charge - that also destroyed his business. Also take a view at his portfolio - it's extensive.

Having any business, regardless of how successful it is at the age of 16 is a huge feat and something to be proud of for all of your life and I will remain proud of my achievements with a life as hard as I had.

Unfortunately if you look around you the whole world prefers bad news to good news and is unfortunate that jealousy plagues the eyes of every speck among us. This is because people regret previous decisions in their life and they feel someone is responsible. Unfortunately, that means they prey on the weaker, defenseless society, the vulnerable - ethnic minorities, elderly, younger people - basically anything that is different to the norm or something that is unusual. It is good to have individuality opposed to be oppressed by peers.

Stop and think about your life and maybe take a career change - it will be something you don't regret!
