Anyone got his email address?!
It's hard to find any email addresses at all for Jet2 so I doubt it very much.
I'm wondering whether it's worth an email to citizens advice, just to see if we've got a leg to stand on really, not sure if they would be able to help with something like this though.0 -

One thing we should all mention in our emails/letters of complaint:
make it very clear that the way we've been treated in this competition has put us off flying again with jet2, or recommending them to friends/relatives.
they want our custom in the future, long after the competiton & its free flights. now more than ever they need to work hard to attract and retain customers.0 -

That's what I made clear in the other email I've sent, I only flew with them last month and won't be doing it again0 -
