Recording streamed audio to mp3. Audacity can't do it.

How? It plays them in real player when I click on the links.

Edit: Oh, I see, Convert Iplayer PID will convert.
I downloaded one of those but it was only 4KB, so not the data file.
Oh right, then convert that using your program listed.

They don't seem to have put all of their shows onto the listen again site, and those are mirrored on the site you reference to. So there's a chance that the program tomorrow might not make it, hence why I want to record as it happens.
I'll have a play around anyway.

The dates are listed

eg...

click on say Radio 2 for example
there will be todays date 2009 01 20
click on that..
you will be taken back 2009 01 19
click on that you go back to the 18th etc

I've got this far. How do I make FTP Transport bother to convert it?
I've pressed the Green button near the middle of the screen, but nothing seems to be happening.

A screen flashes up, but there's not time to read it. Could be my security settings.

When you open up Net Transport does it have a small black box??

called a "drop zone"?

Where? I get a register screen with "visit buy page" on it, I cancel that and then it goes to the main screen.

Version 1.87.0.258 looks very different and seems to work.

Cooking with gas now, it's created a file on the compute, so all looking good.

When you installed you must have clicked the box saying install FTP Transport (you don't need this)

Maybe, anyway, what I've got seems to work. Just doing a test now with a 15 minute program.
