My second weigh in and I have lost 3lbs...and 1.5inches off my boobage!

I have lost 2inches of my waist and an inch of my hips:T

I would have been happy with 2lbs and ecstatic with 4lbs. In the middle is okay with me, especially as it means I have lost 12lbs in two weeks...

That's fab Sammy, 3lbs a week is a good steady pace to be losing weight.

blimey slimmer sammy...you go girl thats amazing. And loads of inches too! Do your clothes feel bigger already, bet people have noticed too

I have lost 4lbs in total (had a sneaky weigh in this morning) but considering I am eating what I like and not doing a diet I am VERY VERY pleased. Would be happy to loose half a stone more and any extra as a bonus!

    Oh My God.

    you must feel amazing.

    I NEED to do something.

I managed the cereal thing last week. but this week (and last week actually) I got such a terrible headache. Today I had a panini at break and an apple turnover with custard at lunch and so much sugar when I got in, mars delight v nice, sponge pudding and a can of coke.

I wonder how I can break a sugar addiction.
