I am actually shy as well.
Worried will get too tired so am pondering that wee issue~I need more spoons I think!!
Also worried about you having to stop more than once on the way!

babes i would always be stopping as often anyway! especially on CD as am peeing for scotland!!!

money shouldn't be a major factor as don't intend spending too much as might not even be drinking due to CD..... half the room will be £20 and same again for your share of petrol... i bet i can get you steaming on £10!!!

we're so near the hotel that you could pop back for a sleep at teatime and come back to the pub later!
I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....

cognitive behaviour therapy, it changes your reactions to situations which cause problems, for instance I'm hoping it'll help me to cope with crowds without having panic attacks.

I've had some CBT and now have the dummies book, I'm hoping once I start feeling a bit better I'll be able to get into it a bit more. I found it an interesting way of thinking.

nice surprise - I've been waiting for £68 from Asda on Quidco since August and it finally turned 'green' as received today :T I'll have £72 coming to me now - excellent!! I've got another £50 still sat as pending, can't see any of that arriving this month, but it was great to suddenly see the Asda payment arrive when I checked earlier.
